        This particular form, also called inverse psoriasis, affects the flexures: groin, armpits, folds of elbows and knees, etc.. The plates are slightly scaly and diagnosis is difficult when it is limited to folds, which can be confused with lesions of intertrigo.

        The flaky scalp is regularly naturally. However, too large clumps of dead cells cause "film". In cases of psoriasis of the scalp, the scales are larger, more visible and appear as 'snow'. Scalp psoriasis hair care

        Use a very sweet mild shampoo. You can also use shampoos for children. Then, the hair should be washed and dried gently always avoiding scratching and pulling the plates. To allow the scalp to regain its balance, a mild shampoo can be used alternately with a shampoo contractor. It is also important the heat of a hair dryer. Keep the unit to 30 inches of hair. Avoid also heated curlers and rollers that pull and dry scalp. For brushing, you can preferably use a boar bristle brush rather than plastic. Your doctor may also prescribe a shampoo treatment with tar.
